What we process
We process the prompt, selected settings, optional uploaded photo and task status needed to generate your pictures. We use a one-way hash of your IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention. A hashed IP is a pseudonymous identifier, not a guarantee of anonymity.
You do not need to provide your name or email to generate. Do not include passwords, financial details, private documents or other sensitive information in prompts or uploads.
Why we use this information
We use generation data to submit and retrieve image tasks, let you download results, enforce service limits, investigate failures and respond to misuse. We use safety checks to help enforce our content policy.
Photos you upload
Our application handles the original upload in memory during processing and does not intentionally save a separate original-photo file in its own storage. The photo is transmitted to the external image service to carry out your request.
This is not a promise of immediate deletion by every third party. ImgAPI and the underlying model providers may process or retain inputs under their own terms. Their exact retention periods and training practices have not been independently verified. Only upload photos you have permission to use and avoid sensitive photos.
Service providers
Image requests are sent through ImgAPI to the selected model provider. Cloudflare supplies hosting, security verification and configured storage. These providers receive the information needed for their part of the service, and their own privacy terms also apply.
The model menu may change. A display name does not establish a model license or a guarantee about the provider’s data retention.
Retention and browser history
Prompts, hashed IP records, task metadata and generated image files in our service are retained for up to 7 days. Download images you want to keep before their links expire. Original uploads are handled in memory as described above; third-party retention is separate.
The latest 20 generation entries are stored locally in this browser. These records may contain prompts, result links and task identifiers. Clear History or clear this site’s browser storage to remove them. A local record may remain after its image link expires. Other people using the same browser may be able to see it.
Your choices
Download your results, remove local history and decline optional analytics. If you need help with a privacy request, email privacy@imagefxpro.com or use the contact page. Depending on your location, applicable law may provide additional rights.
The service is operated by Shanye, an individual. For privacy questions, contact privacy@imagefxpro.com. Do not include sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for your request.
Children and sensitive content
Do not upload photos of children or request sexualized depictions of minors. Do not submit intimate images of another person. See the content policy for the prohibited categories and enforcement approach.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when processing or providers change. The date above identifies the current version. The service should be reviewed again before public launch, including the provider details and contact route.
